Can I purchase additional sessions beyond the 5 session package?
Yes. You can add sessions at 1,200 per session if you want to continue working together beyond the initial 5 sessions. Many clients continue with ongoing monthly sessions for deeper strategic support. We can discuss what makes sense for your situation.
How are the sessions structured?
Each session is 90 minutes and is structured around your most pressing questions and goals. We typically spend the first 15 minutes on context and updates, 60 minutes on deep work and problem solving, and 15 minutes on action items and next steps. You set the agenda; we are there to help you think through your biggest challenges.
Will you help me implement the recommendations?
Our primary role is strategic guidance and decision making coaching. We do not do implementation work ourselves. However, we will help you think through how to implement, what to prioritize, and who to hire or partner with to execute. If you need implementation support, we can recommend agencies or contractors.
What if I cannot attend a session?
Life happens. You have access to five sessions over 60 days. If you need to reschedule a session, we will work with you to find a new time within your 60 day window. If you need more time beyond 60 days, we can extend it. Your goal is to complete all 5 sessions; we are flexible on timing.
